Dec 2006 - .Mobi Premium Names to be Auctioned

.mobi Premium Names List - mTLD has decided to reserve a number of common words and phrases so that they can be allocated in an equitable manner rather than on the traditional first-come-first serve basis. mTLD’s decision to implement a Premium Name list was done to create a more leveled playing field in the allocation of these names, to increase the likelihood that these domain names would more promptly provide the mobile community with new features and services, and to preserve the stability and security of registry operations.
