30-Day Money Back
Hostway offers a 30-day money back guarantee for all our Small Business Web Hosting- (Linux, Windows & ColdFusion plans), Ecommerce Web Hosting-, and Email hosting plans to new customers. This entitles customers to enjoy a risk free trial of Hostway’s services to test quality, performance and speed. The 30 day money back applies to all Hostway shared web hosting plans. Following services do not qualify for 30 day money back guarantee: domain names, additional items and services; virtual private servers; dedicated servers; items and services ordered through the reseller program.
If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial activation date, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding set-up fees and overages.
What’s not covered
- Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services; this includes but is not limited to POP accounts, Real Audio®/Video® and MSSQL. Also not included are Domain Parking services, Domain Registration and Dedicated services, as well as Reseller programs.
- No refunds are offered or promised after 30 days.
- In order to cancel service, you must contact Hostway’s Billing/Accounts team via Email or Phone, available Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. as indicated on our Contact Us page. Our team will will assist you with the cancellation process, which must be completed online by you, the customer (via SiteControl).
- The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to reseller accounts or dedicated servers, or any fees associated with these accounts.
- The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to account renewals.
- Accounts cancelled/terminated by Hostway for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds of check or money order payments.
