La Senza launches ecommerce website in Australia
Lingerie firm La Senza has introduced a new ecommerce website to the Australian market as it looks to widen the target audience for its products.
The company's new website went live this morning (June 1st), making it easier for women to purchase underwear and other accessories.
Furthermore, ragtrader.com.au reports that the move is a part of a wider marketing campaign that began in Australia in April to help spread the word about the brand and its products.
Rachel Underwood, La Senza product and marketing manager, told the news provider that most of the items will be online.
"The majority of all products found in our stores will be available on our website, and in some cases before the stores," she said.
"This includes bras, panties, sleepwear and lingerie, as well as the new 'Bodykiss' collection, which is currently available in five colours with more arriving this month."
La Senza has around 700 stores in 48 different countries, making it one of the leading names in the field.
