News provider ITN gave individuals the opportunity to watch the action from the phone hacking talks through live video streaming yesterday (July 19th).
Available through the news provider's Facebook page, the meetings were carried out to discover Rupert Murdoch, James Murdoch and Rebecca Brooks's role in the phone hacking scandal.
The event, which was organised by the Culture, Media and Sport Select Committee, was used by MPs to discover if the three were aware of the events at the News of the World.
Following the emergence of the story, two senior Scotland Yard officers - John Yates and Sir Paul Stephenson - have resigned from their positions.
During the live feed, viewers may have seen a campaigner attempt to throw a paper plate containing shaving foam into Rupert Murdoch's face.
Following his removal from the court room, activist Jonathan May-Bowles - who is also known as Jonnie Marbles - was charged with a public order act for causing alarm or distress to Mr Murdoch.
