Maintenance for Windows Shared Hosting – September 2nd

On September 2nd (Monday) at 01:00 am we will perform a series of software updates on several Windows shared hosting servers. We expect the service to register downtime of approx. 4 to 6 hours. Hopefully, it will take less.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We will do our best to complete the maintenance successfully as quickly as possible.


Maintenance for Windows Shared Hosting – September 3rd

On September 3rd (Tuesday), beginning with 05:00 am, we will perform a series of software updates on several Windows shared hosting servers. We expect the service to register downtime of less than 60 minutes. Everything should be up and running normally by 06:00 am.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We will do our best to complete the maintenance successfully as quickly as possible.

Current Status, Sunday 25th August 6.50 GMT:
Services are resuming.

On August 25th (Sunday) at 04:00 am we will perform a series of software updates on several Windows shared hosting servers. We expect the service to register downtime of approx. 2 hours but everything should be up and running normally by 07:00 am.

Network problems, Hannover Datacentre – Resolved

Current Status, Friday 9th March 16.10 GMT:
Services are resuming, there may be some fluctuation in the coming hours for which we ask for your understanding.

Current Status, Friday 9th March 15.50 GMT:
We’re currently experiencing network connectivity issues which are affecting all services based out of our Hannover Datacentre – this includes shared hosting web servers (both website availability & access to SiteControl, email remains unaffected), VPS and some dedicated Services.

Rest assured we are working as fast as we can to re-establish normal operating conditions.
